Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return guarantee, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in original condition

• With all tags attached

• In original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Note: As we operate as a dropshipping store, return addresses may vary depending on the product and supplier.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale items or gift cards

• Personalized or custom products

• Hygiene and personal care products

• Perishable or hazardous goods

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
